About the Role
Join our team at the 341 FSS Grizzly Bend Club & Community Center as a flexible bartender. This role may vary week to week, with no guaranteed hours, but opportunities can increase up to 40 hours per week depending on event needs. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Operate a full-service bar and mix drinks to order using established recipes
- Prepare and serve both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, including specialty items
- Deliver drinks to bar waiters or serve directly to patrons
- Process payments and/or charge member accounts as appropriate
- Wash glassware and clean bar equipment
- Prepare garnishes and supporting items for mixed drinks
- Assist with stocking service or portable bars as needed
Requirements
- Ability to follow drink recipes and prepare beverages accurately
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment during nights, weekends, and events
- Basic customer service skills and ability to handle transactions
