About the Role
VulnCheck is seeking an organized, detail-focused Bookkeeper to support our Controller with day-to-day accounting for a growing SaaS company. You’ll help keep our financial records accurate and dependable as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Support month-end close activities and routine reconciliations
- Help maintain accurate bookkeeping records across core financial categories
- Support the Controller with day-to-day finance operations and documentation
- Contribute to clean, audit-ready financial practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting support role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with routine processes
- Solid understanding of AP/AR workflows and month-end close fundamentals
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
