Redstone Residential is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support growth of our conventional and student housing portfolio. As a national operator managing more than 38,000 beds across 20 states, we combine strong systems with a high-energy culture to deliver excellent property performance and resident experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with underwriting and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models to support deal decision-making
- Analyze market and property-level assumptions to assess feasibility and risk
- Support internal reporting and documentation for acquisitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive performance-focused outcomes
Requirements
- Experience with financial analysis, modeling, or real estate underwriting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and the ability to work with financial data
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-growing environment
Benefits
