About the Role
Dash Financial Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape and deliver our order routing products. You’ll work closely with a Senior Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to translate trading needs into clear, well-structured solutions for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Support product development and delivery for order routing applications
- Analyze options and equity order flow to define business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and trading stakeholders to ensure solutions align with FIX-based workflows
- Contribute to requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with teams to validate that algorithmic trading and smart order router behavior meets expectations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of options and equity order flow
- Hands-on experience with FIX protocol
- Experience with algorithmic trading and smart order routers
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- On-site requirement: at least two days per week in Jersey City, NJ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data modeling
