About the Role

Arrive Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Product team and help drive delivery within a key product domain. This role partners closely with a Senior Product Manager to ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable technical specifications—supporting smooth execution and an improved user experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and technical stakeholders to capture, clarify, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications
• Support day-to-day product execution within your product domain
• Help ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered as intended
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a product-focused environment
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
