About the Role
In this 100% onsite role in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll lead and mentor a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs). You’ll drive the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of automated testing frameworks and the supporting infrastructure that helps teams deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop SDET team members
- Own the automation strategy, including framework design and continuous enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency
- Maintain and evolve test infrastructure and supporting tooling
- Help define quality standards and guide best practices for automated testing
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers focused on automated testing
- Strong background in software test automation and framework development
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable test infrastructure
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Must be able to complete interviews and assessments independently without AI assistance
