About the Role
WHOOP is seeking a strategic and insights-driven Health Product Analytics Senior Manager to join our Product Analytics team supporting the Healthcare Product group. In this role, you’ll help shape analytics that power behavior change, improve health outcomes, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for WHOOP members.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy and partner with product teams to define measurement plans for healthcare features
- Support development of capabilities focused on early detection, physiological coaching, and personalized health guidance
- Translate complex data into clear insights that inform product decisions and member experience improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and drive iterative optimization
- Champion curiosity and propose data-driven ideas that meaningfully impact how members engage with WHOOP
Requirements
- Strong product analytics or business analytics background with experience supporting healthcare or health-adjacent products
- Fluency in data analysis and the ability to work with complex analytics challenges end-to-end
- Demonstrated product thinking—turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Leadership experience in guiding analytics strategy and influencing outcomes
