About the Role
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help ensure mission-critical software meets quality standards. You’ll support high-velocity development efforts for clients across federal government programs, helping deliver reliable solutions that strengthen and protect the nation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases to improve coverage and speed
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify quality risks early
- Execute test plans, validate fixes, and report defects with clear, actionable detail
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks
- Support regression testing to ensure changes don’t break existing functionality
Requirements
- Experience with QA automation and test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of software testing practices, including regression and integration testing
- Ability to translate requirements into effective test coverage
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative delivery environments
- Experience supporting federal or mission-focused software development is a plus
