About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to work with customer IT and business teams in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you’ll translate reporting and business needs into well-defined requirements and future-state solutions that improve how data is used across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer IT and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and business requirements
- Identify gaps in current processes and define future-state solutions
- Design and propose process improvements and develop “to-be” architectural frameworks
- Conduct reviews with business stakeholders to validate proposed approaches
- Support business application setup, configuration, development, prototyping, and test planning
- Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with client personnel
- Perform data migration activities, including master data and transactional data
Requirements
- Experience working with business reporting requirements and translating them into technical or process solutions
- Strong understanding of testing activities (system, integration, and UAT)
- Experience supporting data migration efforts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and business teams
