About the Role
We’re looking for a Technology Coordination I professional to support our CloudOps environment. You’ll help coordinate day-to-day cloud operations activities, ensuring reliability, visibility, and smooth collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine CloudOps tasks and support operational readiness
- Help monitor cloud services and assist with incident triage and follow-up
- Support documentation of operational procedures and runbooks
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and improve stability
Requirements
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and operational workflows
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across teams
