About the Role
Divergent is seeking a Capture & Proposal Analyst to support our most strategic growth opportunities as we expand mission-critical capabilities for Aerospace and Defense. In this role, you’ll help shape winning proposals by turning customer needs and opportunity signals into clear, compelling bid strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support capture planning by researching customer priorities, competitors, and opportunity context
- Contribute to proposal development by organizing inputs, drafting sections, and maintaining proposal materials
- Track bid timelines, requirements, and internal reviews to keep submissions on schedule
- Assist with win themes, messaging alignment, and differentiators based on technical and business inputs
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather accurate content and ensure consistency across the proposal
Requirements
- Experience supporting bid, proposal, or capture efforts (A&D preferred)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working with requirements documents and structuring information for proposals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize research into actionable insights
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets and document management)
