Responsibilities
- Own marketing operations processes and the technology stack that supports campaign execution and measurement.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to improve lead lifecycle management and reporting.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations that reduce manual work and improve data quality.
- Establish and track KPIs for marketing performance, ensuring dashboards and attribution are reliable.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes to recommend improvements and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing operations and/or marketing technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing data flows, analytics, and reporting practices.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and common CRM/marketing platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into operational solutions.
- Comfort working with technical concepts such as integrations, data quality, and workflow automation.
