About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our Bayside location. In this role, you’ll help patients feel welcomed and supported while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a positive, 5-star experience from the moment they arrive
- Coordinate the flow of appointments to support efficient clinic operations
- Respond to patient phone calls and emails within 2 hours (and no later than 24 hours)
- Guide patients through the out-of-network process and answer questions with clarity and care
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patients receive the support they need
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
- Ability to handle multiple patient requests while maintaining a friendly, professional presence
