About the Role
EMC is looking for a Casualty Claims Quality Assurance Consultant to help strengthen the quality and consistency of casualty claims handling across the organization. This is a work-from-home role eligible to be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Review casualty claim files and assess performance against established best practices and KPIs
- Partner with Casualty, Complex, and Specialty teams to identify opportunities to improve claim outcomes
- Conduct targeted audits and broader claims reviews to uncover trends and root causes
- Provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to help shape audit standards and quality expectations
Requirements
- Experience in casualty claims handling and/or quality assurance within insurance
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate performance consistently
- Comfort working with KPIs, audit frameworks, and process improvement efforts
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with claims teams and leadership
