About the Role
Columbus Oaks Healthcare Community is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN) to serve as Charge Nurse. This role supports our long-term senior care mission and helps ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care every shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing support for resident care during your shift
- Collaborate with the DON, ADON, and clinical team to maintain high standards of care
