About the Role
Journey by Upstream is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our national travel program. If you love exploring new places but want the support and stability of a consistent employer, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and patient education
- Create and update individualized care plans based on patient needs and progress
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with clinic teams to support consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Ability to travel nationwide to assigned outpatient locations
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and patient-focused care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based clinic environment
