About the Role
KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to support Client Operations for Americas servicing within a wirehouse environment. The Client Operations team manages key parts of the client lifecycle, including client interactions, operating models, and the processes that help ensure a smooth experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client servicing activities across the Americas region
- Help maintain and improve operating models and workflows that support the client lifecycle
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure client requests are handled accurately and on time
- Contribute to process enhancements that improve service quality, controls, and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in client operations, wealth/investment servicing, or a related operations function
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational processes and controls
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
