About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Services Business Analyst to help ensure the successful delivery of healthcare data services and solutions for multiple clients. You’ll work with an assigned manager in Client Services and collaborate closely with internal teams to support client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of client services and data-driven solutions under manager oversight
- Translate client needs into practical business and technical requirements
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with healthcare data concepts
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to support multiple clients in parallel while maintaining accuracy
- Must be located in the Indianapolis area for a hybrid schedule (one day per week in the office)
