About the Role
Join our team as a Client Services Business Analyst I supporting healthcare data initiatives. You’ll play an important part in helping deliver client services and solutions, working closely with multiple clients under the guidance of a Client Services manager.
Responsibilities
- Support successful delivery of client services and healthcare data solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to help ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to ongoing oversight and coordination for multiple client accounts
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to service excellence
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work with healthcare data
- Ability to work in the Indianapolis area for a hybrid schedule (one day per week in the office)
- No sponsorship available at this time or in the future
