About the Role
Family Guidance Center of Alabama is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our Counseling Division as Clinical Director. In this leadership role, you will help expand services while ensuring high-quality, compliant clinical care for individuals and families across Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies that support clinic growth
- Oversee departmental compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and professional standards
- Ensure the department is staffed with sufficient qualified personnel
- Organize and support day-to-day patient care operations within the counseling division
Requirements
- Licensed mental health professional status (license required)
- Experience providing clinical leadership and/or supervision
- Strong knowledge of compliance, clinical standards, and applicable regulations
