About the Role
We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to support customers with cloud-agnostic guidance and help shape winning technology solutions. This is a remote role focused on presales architecture, cloud migrations, and cloud-native opportunities across public, private, and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales, architecture, and consultancy efforts for solutions delivered by a service provider, reseller, systems integrator, or consultancy
- Advise customers on selecting the right cloud technologies and maximizing outcomes
- Drive presales activities for cloud migrations, greenfield builds, disaster recovery, and cloud-native application development—from discovery through handover to sales
- Produce solution and commercial documentation to support bid closure
- Optimize cloud infrastructure bill of materials to create commercially viable, winnable proposals
- Support government and commercial bid/RFP development
- Own and evangelize the cloud go-to-market messaging internally, highlighting our capabilities and experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading presales/architecture/consultancy teams
- Strong background in designing and presenting cloud solutions across public, private, and hybrid platforms
- Proven track record working on government and commercial bids/RFPs
- Ability to develop solution and commercial documentation for successful handover to sales
- Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and bill of materials for competitive bids
