About the Role
We’re seeking an Analytics Analyst to build, maintain, and analyze large-scale datasets that power pricing models and strategic decisions across property and casualty insurance products. In this role, you’ll help transform raw insurance data into actionable insights by supporting data engineering, dataset design, and analytical modeling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain large datasets used in pricing and forecasting models
- Design and improve dataset structures to support reliable analytics
- Analyze data trends to support pricing model development and refinement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including actuarial and analytics teams
- Support strategic decision-making with clear, model-ready datasets and analysis
Requirements
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical modeling support
- Strong data engineering and dataset design fundamentals
- Ability to partner effectively with actuarial and business stakeholders
- Comfort translating complex data into practical insights for pricing purposes
Benefits
- Annual salary range: $77,450.00–$123,921.00 plus bonus
