Director Analyst – Sourcing, Contracts & Negotiations (Digital Experience Platforms/Adobe) | Remote (North America)

About the Role

Gartner Analysts are trusted industry thought leaders who develop actionable insights, market predictions, and best practices for top organizations worldwide. In this Director Analyst position, you will lead sourcing, contract structuring, and negotiation support for enterprise Digital Experience Platforms, with a strong focus on the Adobe ecosystem.

As a leader within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, you will combine research, commercial expertise, and analytical thinking to produce pragmatic and thought-provoking guidance that clients can apply to advance key business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy support for enterprise Digital Experience Platforms, emphasizing Adobe solutions and related ecosystems
• Advise procurement, finance, legal, and business stakeholders on supplier decisions and complex contract structures
• Evaluate licensing models and recommend approaches that align to client objectives
• Develop research-backed insights and commercial perspectives that clients can use immediately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure insights remain current, credible, and decision-ready

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise software sourcing, contracting, and/or negotiations
• Strong understanding of licensing models for Digital Experience Platforms (Adobe ecosystem preferred)
• Ability to analyze commercial and contractual considerations and translate them into clear guidance
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills across procurement, legal, finance, and business teams
• Proven ability to produce research-driven insights with a practical, client-focused mindset
