About the Role
Greyling Insurance Brokerage & Risk Consulting (an EPIC division) is seeking a Commercial Insurance Senior Account Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. You’ll support construction and design-focused firms with expert guidance grounded in deep industry understanding.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client communication and act as the main relationship lead
- Coordinate commercial insurance activities across renewals, service requests, and ongoing coverage needs
- Partner with internal specialists to ensure accurate placement, documentation, and client updates
- Support risk discussions and help clients navigate coverage options aligned to their projects
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders to drive timely outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in commercial insurance account management (senior-level preferred)
- Strong client service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of insurance placements, renewals, and policy service processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting construction or professional services clients is a plus
