About the Role
Staxmatic is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead new construction plumbing activities on a dedicated commercial job site in Texas. This role drives day-to-day field execution, coordinating installation work while maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other trades.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial plumbing installation from start to finish on the assigned job site
- Supervise and support plumbing crews to ensure quality workmanship and efficient production
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce safe work practices
- Monitor schedule performance and coordinate daily field activities to stay on track
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other trades to reduce conflicts and rework
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumbing foreman on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job drawings
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews
- Working knowledge of jobsite safety expectations and OSHA-aligned practices
