About the Role
Join Tilt to help ensure our products, processes, and customer experiences meet strong regulatory and compliance standards. As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll work across teams to support compliance activities that protect customers and strengthen our operating practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance reviews of workflows, products, and customer-facing processes
- Support monitoring and documentation of regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and help drive remediation
- Contribute to compliance reporting and maintain organized records for audits and reviews
- Help evaluate customer interactions and operational processes for adherence to applicable rules
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, or a related regulatory function
- Strong understanding of compliance concepts and attention to detail
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Clear written communication skills for documentation and reporting
