About the Role
Redwood Materials is looking for a Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to support our internal Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that construction activities for battery recycling and battery materials manufacturing facilities meet required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC processes for construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate quality inspections, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Review construction deliverables, including plans, procedures, and quality records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with EPC stakeholders, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement across EPC execution.
Requirements
- Experience leading construction QA/QC programs for industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of quality documentation, inspection procedures, and nonconformance/corrective action workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and vendors.
- Commitment to safety and quality on active job sites.
