About the Role
Microsoft’s Copilots, Agents, and Platform (CAP) Experience Studio is building AI-powered experiences for enterprise customers. We’re seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to strengthen design operations across studios—helping teams move faster with clearer processes, better alignment, and practical AI enablement.
In this role, you’ll act as the connective link for design execution, creating the systems and operating rhythms that give designers confidence as they plan, deliver, and scale impactful work.
Responsibilities
- Lead design program initiatives across the planning, design, and development lifecycle to deliver scalable outcomes.
- Drive design operations by establishing repeatable practices, operational rigor, and clear studio workflows.
- Coordinate cross-studio communication to ensure alignment among designers, researchers, writers, product managers, and engineers.
- Enable teams with AI-focused approaches and tooling adoption that support design work at speed and scale.
- Develop and improve processes that reduce friction and increase clarity for stakeholders.
- Manage program plans, track progress, and help teams maintain momentum through delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a program manager in a design operations, UX, or product design environment.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and facilitate alignment across multiple teams.
- Experience building operational systems, processes, and governance that improve delivery and quality.
- Comfort working with AI enablement concepts and translating them into practical team workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clarity for technical and non-technical partners.
