About the Role
We’re seeking a Consultant Software Engineer to provide senior technical leadership for lab provisioning and integration at Boeing in Berkeley, MO. In this role, you’ll own the architecture and drive scalable, secure, and repeatable lab deployment workflows that support development, integration, and testing across complex aerospace programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve automation-first workflows to provision, configure, orchestrate, and sustain lab environments and devices
- Reduce manual effort, minimize configuration drift, and improve asset visibility across lab systems
- Enforce operational controls and security standards for tightly regulated environments
- Provide architectural ownership and senior-level technical guidance to engineering and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with engineering, test, and cyber-security teams to align lab capabilities with program needs
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building automation and deployment workflows
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, repeatable systems for complex environments
- Experience with lab or infrastructure provisioning, orchestration, or configuration management
- Working knowledge of security and operational controls in regulated settings
- Excellent collaboration skills across technical teams
