About the Role
Join Monster Energy as a Consumer Engagement Ambassador for Strategic Brands. In this role, you’ll help bring the brand to life through real-world experiences that connect with consumers, build awareness, and drive product trial. Responsibilities
- Support consumer engagement initiatives that place products in customers’ hands and strengthen brand presence
- Assist with event and pop-up activations, ensuring a high-energy, customer-focused experience
- Help execute street-level retail marketing to drive visibility and encourage trial
- Engage consumers in authentic conversations and communicate brand messaging clearly
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and consistency across locations
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident communication style with a strong customer engagement mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and supporting event-based schedules
- Ability to represent the brand consistently and positively in public-facing settings
- Strong personal drive and willingness to take initiative
