About the Role
As a Content Moderation Advisor (ECU), you’ll review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies, legal requirements, and community standards. You’ll help keep our digital spaces safe, respectful, and trustworthy while advising on moderation decisions and improving content quality.
Responsibilities
- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, according to company guidelines.
- Support quality assurance efforts by spotting process gaps and recommending improvements.
- Detect and assess policy-violating content and take appropriate action in line with established standards.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to strengthen moderation consistency and decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience reviewing or moderating user-generated content (preferred).
- Strong understanding of community standards, policy compliance, and appropriate escalation practices.
- Good judgment and attention to detail when assessing potentially sensitive or non-compliant content.
- Ability to follow procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
