About the Role
Content Forge is seeking a Content Strategist to help shape content direction and drive engagement for a growing audience. This is a remote role supporting a team built by the founders of Mini Katana (30M+ subscribers).
Responsibilities

- Plan content themes, formats, and editorial direction
- Collaborate with creators and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality
- Analyze performance signals and iterate to improve outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience developing content strategies or editorial plans
- Strong understanding of audience/market research and content performance
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and deliver reliably in a remote environment
