About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Controller to support a fast-growing, family-owned food and beverage manufacturer. This highly visible role goes beyond month-end reporting—you’ll help strengthen financial operations, improve reporting discipline, and build the infrastructure that supports long-term expansion. You’ll work closely with leadership and partner with plant teams to inform key decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the manufacturing accounting close process and related reporting
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, and reporting cadence across sites
- Support plant-level decision making through timely analysis and performance insights
- Partner with operations to improve cost visibility and operational financial transparency
- Develop and maintain finance processes, documentation, and scalable reporting infrastructure
- Coordinate travel as needed between sites to support consistent execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting leadership, ideally within manufacturing or a similarly complex operating environment
- Strong working knowledge of financial close, reporting, and internal controls
- Ability to translate financial data into clear recommendations for operations leaders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with direct access to senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
