About the Role
Axon is scaling its global manufacturing operations, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and operational decision-making. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of finance and operations, helping keep month-end close running smoothly while improving visibility into inventory and production performance.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Drive inventory accounting and support reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis to identify drivers and trends
- Partner with operations teams to clarify cost drivers and support process improvements
Requirements
- Strong cost accounting fundamentals with experience supporting manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments
- Advanced attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage month-end priorities and work effectively across teams
- Comfort working with financial data and identifying root causes in variances
