About the Role
Join 4Front Ventures as a Cultivation Flowering Associate and support the hands-on work that helps grow high-quality cannabis from flowering through harvest. This essential role works closely with Flowering Supervisors and Managers to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily flowering-stage plant care under the direction of supervisors
- Help monitor plant health, growth progress, and environmental needs
- Support routine cultivation tasks to maintain clean, organized growing areas
- Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure timely harvest readiness
- Follow company safety practices and cultivation procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on cultivation environment
- Comfort with physical work and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow standard operating procedures
