About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Pilot Hall (Battery) to oversee battery-related pilot operations and help ensure our teams can execute safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day battery pilot hall activities, coordinating resources to meet production and testing goals
- Oversee execution of battery build, handling, and testing workflows in a controlled environment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and operational readiness
- Enforce safety procedures and help maintain compliance with internal standards
- Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to leadership
Requirements
- Experience managing operations in a manufacturing, test, or pilot environment
- Strong understanding of battery-related processes and safe handling practices
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
