About the Role
Asana’s Customer Marketing and Advocacy team builds programs that put customers at the heart of our marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll create a repeatable “program engine” that turns customer advocates into scalable, high-impact input across Asana’s go-to-market efforts.
You’ll join Asana during a key moment in our growth and activation strategy, using our existing library of validated customer voices to drive engagement and influence how we shape product and business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the advocacy program engine that activates customer advocates across go-to-market motions
- Develop scalable processes to capture insights, coordinate participation, and drive measurable outcomes
- Build strategic relationships across internal teams to ensure customer voices are effectively integrated into marketing initiatives
- Plan, launch, and iterate advocacy programs based on performance data and customer feedback
- Help define how customer insights translate into actionable messaging and engagement across channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related go-to-market program ownership
- Strong ability to design repeatable programs and operational workflows
- Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally
- Data-informed mindset with experience measuring program impact
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment where iteration is essential
