About the Role
Figma is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell our story through the customers and partners who use and build with our products. In this role, you’ll connect customer narratives to brand and product messaging—turning real experiences into compelling content and scalable programs.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for customer stories that align product narratives, customer insights, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate content planning and program operations across teams to scale customer and partner voices.
- Develop repeatable processes for sourcing, selecting, and promoting customer story opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure stories are accurate, impactful, and aligned to business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in customer marketing, content strategy, storytelling, or related program operations.
- Strong writing and messaging skills with an ability to translate customer value into clear narratives.
- Proven ability to manage programs end-to-end and collaborate across teams.
- Comfort working with partners and customers to gather insights and shape story direction.
