About the Role
Rhino-Back Roofing is hiring a Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC) to support homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance restoration process. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused inside sales role where you’ll build long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Review project expectations and confirm the final scope of work with homeowners
- Present and sell upgrades, add-on services, and related options
- Coordinate next steps and help move qualified projects into production
- Provide timely, friendly communication as the primary point of contact
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, customer relations, or phone-based customer service
- Comfort speaking with homeowners and building trust quickly
- Strong organization and follow-through in a high-volume environment
- Professional phone presence and clear communication skills
