About the Role

Mom’s Meals is a national provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals for the healthcare market. We’re seeking upbeat, people-first Customer Service Representatives who will be the friendly voice customers rely on when placing their meal orders. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls for clients placing meal orders
• Help customers with questions and order-related support
• Provide a positive, empathetic experience while assisting customers end-to-end

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient approach
• Comfort speaking with customers on the phone
• Willingness to learn company processes and meal ordering support

Benefits

• Starting wage: $17.00/hour (weekly pay)
• PTO eligibility after 30 days of employment

• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–6:00pm (overtime potential starting at 7:00am)
