About the Role
Join our team as a Member Consultant I supporting clients in the NE Heights area of Albuquerque, New Mexico. You’ll help members identify the right financial products for their goals while building strong relationships through excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Assist members by understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate financial products
- Provide friendly, accurate information and support throughout the member experience
- Work toward performance goals tied to helping members find the right solutions
- Maintain a professional, service-focused approach in day-to-day interactions
Requirements
- Experience level consistent with an entry-level Member Consultant role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to learn and apply product information to member needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on years of applicable experience)
- Incentive pay in addition to your base hourly wage
