About the Role
Nautilus is building an AI-native, all-in-one platform for the car wash industry—helping operators replace costly legacy systems with modern software for e-commerce, memberships, automations, and reporting. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer who can own the customer experience from first triage through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Triaging incoming customer issues and determining the right path to resolution
- Debugging technical problems across our product surface area
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to reproduce issues and drive fixes
- Communicating clearly with customers throughout investigation and resolution
- Documenting learnings and improving support processes to reduce repeat incidents
Requirements
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar engineering-support role
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Comfort working with APIs, logs, and technical diagnostics
- Ability to manage issues end-to-end while keeping customers informed
