About the Role
rater8 is seeking a Data & Automation Analyst to help turn proprietary patient feedback into practical, decision-ready insights. You’ll work within DataLabs—the analytics and innovation team—where your analysis and automation skills directly support how we shape thought leadership in healthcare reputation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze rater8’s proprietary datasets to uncover validated findings that are ready for reporting and decision-making
- Act as an analytical partner and quality check to ensure insights are trustworthy before they’re used
- Identify new, actionable patterns and opportunities worth sharing with internal stakeholders
- Build AI-powered automations that convert insights into personalized outreach and reporting workflows
- Support marketing by helping create case study materials and email campaign outputs informed by data
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience mining and interpreting large datasets
- Comfort building and improving data-driven automations (including AI-enabled workflows)
- Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for non-technical partners
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with marketing or customer-facing teams
