In this Business Program Manager role, you will lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the Deal Desk role capability system—ensuring teams are prepared, equipped, and aligned to evolving business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the Deal Desk role capability system.
- Drive role excellence and role evolution, including clear expectations for employees and managers.
- Lead onboarding, learning, and structured upskilling pathways for Deal Desk roles.
- Support readiness planning and change adoption to ensure smooth transitions to future-state ways of working.
- Establish cross-functional governance and build a strong community of practice across stakeholders.
- Translate business priorities into practical enablement and measurable capability improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management, enablement, or capability development within a customer-facing or sales-aligned environment.
- Strong ability to design training and learning journeys, including onboarding and continuous improvement.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive adoption and change across organizations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-evolving environment with continuous refinement of processes and roles.
