Director, Business Process Analysis (AI) | Remote

About the Role

Ensono is seeking a Director to lead discovery and engagement for Finance AI Transformation. In this role, you’ll help shape how AI solutions are understood, prioritized, and adopted—partnering closely with engineering teams that build and release the capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities for Finance-focused AI initiatives, translating business needs into clear solution direction.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across finance and technology teams to align on goals, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure AI solutions are built for real-world workflows and measurable business impact.
• Support solution planning, including use-case identification, prioritization, and readiness for delivery.
• Champion collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the AI transformation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business process analysis and/or transformation, with a focus on finance operations.
• Strong background in AI solution engagement, adoption, or delivery—ideally within enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing discovery, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
