About the Role
DriveWealth is building technology that makes investing more accessible through a modern, API-based platform. As a Senior Software Engineer on Core Trade, you’ll help power reliable trading experiences for partners and their clients across mobile and global markets.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core services that support trading workflows
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver improvements end to end
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to system observability and reliability
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve latency and throughput
- Participate in technical design discussions and mentor teammates through best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer delivering production systems
- Strong knowledge of backend development and service-oriented architecture
- Experience with APIs, data modeling, and integrating with external systems
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on reliability and quality
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly
