About the Role
Mojang Studios—creator of Minecraft—is looking for a Director to lead Marketing Strategy & Operations for the Minecraft franchise. You’ll help shape how we plan, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives that bring the Minecraft community together worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and operational planning for the Minecraft franchise, aligning goals across teams
- Drive go-to-market execution through clear processes, timelines, and performance tracking
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and measurable success metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, reporting, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing spend, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing strategy and/or marketing operations in a fast-moving consumer or digital environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and turn insights into action
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and execution
