About the Role
As the Director of Finance, you’ll lead the Finance Department’s day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external guests. This role is accountable for financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial leadership across assigned functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Accounting, Purchasing, Count Team, Cage Team, and Corporate Reporting to support accurate, timely financial outcomes
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial reporting is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
- Partner with property leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across finance operations
- Lead with accuracy, consistency, and trust while demonstrating timely, effective, and empathetic leadership
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in finance operations, accounting, or corporate reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial integrity, compliance, and internal control practices
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to improve financial performance
- Demonstrated commitment to service standards and high-quality execution
