Operations Management KPI and Data Analysis Budgeting and Resource Planning

About the Role

Bez Moda Tekstil is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operational execution onsite in Seattle, WA. You’ll ensure production and order fulfillment run smoothly, meet quality expectations, and support a safety-first, accountable, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operational activities, optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align processes to quality, compliance, and service-level expectations
  • Implement and continuously refine operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to support reliable production and fulfillment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Own budgeting and resource allocation, including forecasting, cost control, and planning
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, partnering with leadership on strategic planning and execution
  • Champion safety, accountability, and a high standard of customer service across the organization

Requirements

  • Proven operations management experience overseeing complex, end-to-end processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions using operational metrics
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and resource planning
  • Customer service mindset, with the ability to connect operational performance to customer expectations and SLAs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, or a related industry (highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
