About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role combines clinical leadership with daytime administrative responsibilities, helping drive patient-centered outcomes and support a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee rehabilitation programming and therapy operations in the Skilled Nursing Facility
- Provide leadership and direction for licensed therapy staff (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP)
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through consistent clinical oversight
- Support coordination of services to meet facility and patient needs
- Manage day-to-day administrative and leadership duties during daytime hours
Requirements
- Current, active licensure as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
- Experience in rehabilitation settings and/or therapy leadership
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Commitment to industry-leading, patient-centered care
